On November 5, 2019, Brandon-Evansville residents will vote on two ballot questions for a total of $25.2 million to renovate the existing Brandon facility into a  PreK-12 school.

The estimated cost of the board-approved Air Quality Improvements and both voter-approved ballot questions passing is $22.37 a month total for an owner of a $100,000 home in the district.

$5.02 per month

$13.70 per month

$3.65 per month

While this dollar amount is not on the ballot for approval – learn why here – it will result in a tax impact for residents. The owner of a $100,000 home in the district would see an increase of $5.02 a month in school-related property taxes for this project.

If approved, the district would use these funds to renovate and expand the current Brandon facility to create a PreK-12 facility.

The owner of a $100,000 home in the district would see an increase of $13.70 a month in school-related property taxes if question one is approved by voters.

If approved, the district would use these funds to add a gym, locker rooms and dedicated Chargers Kids Club area to the renovated Brandon facility. Question one must pass for question two to pass.

The owner of a $100,000 home in the district would see an increase of $3.65 a month in school-related property taxes if question two is approved by voters.
